By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms:
GENERAL TERMS
Commissions are for non-commercial use only. My art cannot be sold for monetary gain.
All commissions are handled through email.
I reserve the right to decline your commission.
I reserve the right to update my terms of service and prices as needed (new terms will not retroactively affect any orders made before an update).

QUOTES, PAYMENT, & REFUNDS
Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via PayPal invoice.
After submitting a commission request, you will receive a quote within 7 business days.
If we decide to move forward, payment must be paid in full, upfront, and within 48 hours of the accepted commission. I will not start drawing your commission until payment has been received.
Your commission order will be cancelled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or split payments.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
PROCESS
Most commissions types will receive a sketch for approval. At that stage, you have a right to revision. (Note: There is no revision/sketch stage in "no color" sketch commissions).
WIPs will be sent if I have any questions about the piece. On a similar note, please feel free to inform me of any changes you would like me to make during the process. Large changes will incur an additional fee.
Your commission can take up to a month to complete, depending on my commission load and personal schedule. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.
After a commission is finished, small changes can be made (e.g., coloring mistakes or marks). Large changes will incur an additional fee.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use, and sell created art in digital or physical form.
I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used.
Commercial rights are unavailable.
You reserve the right to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for non-commercial use only, with proper credit given. (Note: Writing "credit to the artist" is NOT proper credit.)
Print the art and claim the right of their original character(s) but not the drawing itself.
The following is considered copyright infringement, and if you break it in any way, your rights to the drawing will be revoked:
Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Selling or minting my artwork for cryptocurrency and using it for NFT transactions.
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks or signatures.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
